I use a client-centered, holistic approach to develop unique behavior-change plans suitable for clients of all backgrounds, abilities, and states of health. You bring me the goal, and I’ll provide the necessary structure, accountability, inspiration, education, and flexibility that make attainment easier than you’ve ever dreamed. Utilizing the best science-backed strategies, I’ll help you discover what you may not yet know—you already possess all the skills and willpower you need to be who you want to be, and I’m ready to help you unlock that potential! The client-coach relationship is an equal partnership, so transformation always unfolds in the client’s preferred manner and pace. You call the shots. My goal is for each client to establish sustainable, healthful, lifelong habits that render the client-coach relationship unnecessary.
